We can take a guess since since your here, you are on the hunt for a new stylist, or your friend recommended you, either way we are SO glad you’ve gotten to this far! During a consultation your stylist will take the time to sit and discuss with you your regular hair maintenance, your hair goals and concerns and learn a little about YOU.

Bring pictures of what you like and don’t like. From your inspiration we will discuss the best tones we see fit based on your skin tone and maintenance. It is great to be on the same page from the get go.

Don’t be nervous! This will be SO fun! You will get a relaxing but knowledgeable experience as we bring your hair back life to your locks. We always discuss each step as we go, keeping you in the loop, comfortable and excited. You are going to be amazed, and wonder why you waited so long to hang with us!

We would need your details to load you on our system upon arrival, and make record notes etc.

All Clients receive an automated response via text message or email if we have your details to confirm your appointment 24hrs prior Confirmations.

We hold a firm 24Hr Cancellation Policy, so if you not well or need to reschedule it is best to do so before this period kicks in.
If your Cancellation Notice is not given within 24 Hours of your appointment you will be charged a 50% cancellation cost from the service that was booked.

Please respect our time as we certainly value yours.

We get that life happens and sometimes you have to cancel your appointment. We are just as bummed as you are.

In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we honor a firm 48hr notice policy.

All cancellations made on the same day (within 48hrs ) of your reserved spot will get charged a fee.

Not showing up to your appointment isn’t kind.
We respect your time, so should you respect ours!

If you don’t show to your appointment, your reserved slot will be charged 100% of the amount of the service you booked for
This fee must be settles if you would like to be able to book in any appointments in the future.

We do not offer refunds of any kind on products or services. 

If you are not happy with your hair, please call us directly. We are happy to make the necessary adjustments within 1 week of your appointment.
