New Clients
We would need your details to load you on our system upon arrival, and make record notes etc.
Cancellation Policy
We hold a firm 24Hr Cancellation Policy, so if you not well or need to reschedule it is best to do so before this period kicks in.
If your Cancellation Notice is not given within 24 Hours of your appointment you will be charged a 50% cancellation cost from the service that was booked.
Please respect our time as we certainly value yours.
Confirmations
All Clients receive an automated response via text message or email, if we have your details, to confirm your appointment 24hrs prior to your appointment.
No Show
Not showing up to your appointment isn’t kind.
We respect your time, as you should respect ours!
If you don’t show to your appointment, your reserved slot will be charged 100% of the amount of the service you booked for
This fee must be settles if you would like to be able to book in any appointments in the future.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds of any kind on products or services.
Adjustments / Redo
If you are not happy with your hair, please call us directly.
We are happy to make the necessary adjustments within 1 week of your appointment.
Health & Safety
If you are not well please refrain from coming to your appointment and cancel within the required time frame we are wanting to give all our clients a pleasant experience and it won’t be ideal to affect other clients that are having other in salon services with us we would have the right to decline your appointment and reschedule when you are feeling better.
